Village Web Committee

June 08: As some of you know, as current webmaster of the Wendlebury Village site, I have been looking for someone (or ones) to take over the helm in anticipation of my proposed move from Oxfordshire. Whilst the ‘For Sold’ sign is not yet even a speck on the horizon, the continuity of the website was a concern and so the search for a successor began early.

I am delighted to announce that Mike Pearce has volunteered to take on the role and as from this week, Mike is now managing the Wendlebury site.
He can be contacted using the same email address admin@wendlebury.org.uk and from now all updates will be dealt with by him.

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to/ used the site over the last 2 years and also thank the original Web Committee and the Village Club whose members have made suggestions and advised and generally helped me to keep the site going!!!
I am now entirely confident that the site will grow and develop and become an ever more valuable resource to the village! Over to you Mike!!

Jack Smellie
