Wendlebury Amateur Golf Society
The Wendlebury Amateur Golf Society (WAGS) is a loose organisation which runs two events a year,these are the Spring and Autumn 'Classics'. We aim to provide a good value day where golfers of all standards can enjoy a new course,a little banter and the chance to win a prize or two.
The day consists of breakfast rolls, a 9 hole team competition, lunch, an 18 hole individual competition followed by dinner and prize giving at the Red Lion. They are always played on a Friday.
Generally the Spring Classic is held April / May and the Autumn Classic in September, detail will be on the appropriate page prior to each competition.
The next competition in the Spring Classic to be held at North Oxford Golf Club on 22 May.
